Guava... Scientific Name: Psidium guajava L.BayabasThere are different types of Guavas here in Jamaica and this is one of the many the ENGLISH GUAVA..

Guava is not only good in Vitamins but is good for the treatment of diarrhea, fainting spells, ringworm, swollen gum, sun burn and prickly heat.

For the relief of diarrhea boil 10 chop leaves in 2 glasses of water for 15 minutes.

Adults drink 1 cup 3 times daily after every loose bowel movement children under 2 yrs. 1 tbp., 3 times 2 - 6 yrs. 1/4 cup 3 times and 7 - 12 1/2 cup 3 times after every loose bowel movement.
